    Hi,

    When I send the email with payment link to my customer, the payment page says ‘no payment method available’.
    However, a normal checkout works fine

    What can cause this?

    Did you manually create this order? If so, did you pick a payment method during the process? If not, could you kindly choose a payment method and give it another try?

    Just to let you know, I tried to replicate the error but was unsuccessful. When I made a manual order, I didn’t even select any of the available payment methods. Upon clicking the link, I could see all the payment options.

    Meanwhile, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

    Next, please clear your browser and server cache and then check again.
