    I’ve just been told that my webshop using wp e-commerce doesn’t work: you can add items in your cart but once you want to proceed to payment nothing happens, you’re just sent back to the cart page. I’v tried uninstalling each extension, changing the theme to an original wordpress one (even though the current one is an modified twenty twelve) and flushing the theme cache but nothing works…

    Can anyone help me with this issue? The website is https://www.myaudiofit.com (webshop is the second choice in the menu).

    I have a new client that has been using this plugin for a few years now. Recently he started getting all kinds of messages showing the same problem as mentioned above.

    The user can shop just fine. When he proceeds to the checkout counter, he fills in all necessary information. Once everything has been filled in correctly and checked (agreements), the user hits the ‘buy’ button and ends up on the same checkout page. No URL variables attached, no error messages visible.

    We’re getting quite a few people having these issues, but we can’t seem to isolate the problem and we cannot reproduce it either.

    Are there any pointers you might give us to investigate this? With the xmas period drawing closer, my client is getting anxious to fix this asap as this webshop is their main business.
