So you’d made no really effort to check or solve the issue. But in closing tickets to cleanup your statistics, you’re great. Wow!
How can I escalate the issue, that your answer took 2 month, and was fokused only on the last answer, but not the problem I described?, but when I’m not answering in 1 week, you’re closing the ticket?
I am sorry about the late response that we had; we do get hundreds of forum replies and try our best to answer each one, but some do fall through the cracks. After @jessepearson asked if you were OK, I did close it because the thread was over 2 months old at the time.
And the email-address isn’t incorrect. The issue is in the initial post. And with 3.7 the issue still persists.
The error with the email-address appears, when I click “buy” and the payment method option is still blocked by “blockUI blockOverlay”.
Checking your initial site: https://dev.studierenplus.de/kasse I am unable to pass because of a user/pass block.
For the site: https://www.studierenplus.de/kasse I am able to see the payment methods and select them.
I did create an account on site, and tested to make sure it was not an issue with guest vs. checkout, and I am still able to select them. I did process a test order with the Transfer
option and got Order number: BE-20190683 (I made sure to notate that it was a test from WooCommerce in the notes)
I do see a popup that does not seem to go away: https://cld.wthms.co/WBfiuI that is a cookie consent from Facebook/Google. This appears to be a 3rd party plugin item and can be part of the culprit of why you are unable to select the gateway, as this could override the selection options. Try to disable this and see if you can select Payments at that time. I look forward to hearing back from you!
