No Payments Show since 2 upgrades ago, DEBUG FAILS

This is the closest we have gotten, but still no results. All information is in place. Here is the error, Any ideas?

[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :Connection to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com successfuly completed.
[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :IPN successfully verified.
[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :Creating product Information to send.
[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :Payment Status: Pending
[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :This is not a payment complete notification. This IPN will not be processed.
[03/04/2015 5:27 PM] – SUCCESS :Paypal class finished.

The message above is letting you know that the payment is pending? Can you check to see if it has been processed? If it hasn’t can you carry out another test payment but this time without sandbox and debug enabled and can you disable all your other plugins except this one as well.

We have turned of sandbox and debug and all plugins. We Completed an actual and very “real” transaction for real money from a live paypal account. Transaction clears in Paypal and says completed. That is it. CART ORDERS shows no new transaction, but does show that another one went straight into the CART ORDERS TRASH, with no data collected in any of the fields. We tried to restore it and again nothing shows. WE now have 51 transactions in the trashcan where folks have checked out and paid, but we have no record of the transaction except for a blank CART ORDER POST located in the TRASH Folder.

@jolly Roger one of the plugin developers will look into your issue further. I am out of ideas sorry about that.

Hi just one more question, did you speak to PayPal about your account and your IPN issue?

We did talk to Paypal. They confirm IPN settings are correct. They think it is a theme conflict not conflict with other plugins. We unistalled everything and started with a clean install of theme and plugins. It rn for three trans actions and then stopped again. From the fourth sale forward, the all go straight to the trashcan. Very Weird. We are looking into a new theme. Our theme has its own IPN settings we discovered, but they are turned off. Only your plugin is active. We think there is conflict with the theme causing the IPN to confuse going through the plugin IPN settings or the theme’s IPN setting.

We will update you after we change themes.
