No payouts to Russian bank accounts and…

I was looking for a simple and reliable gateway plugin for an e-commerce website based in Russia (where Stripe doesn’t work). Payssion is listed amongst few other plugins. So, I’ve installed the plugin and tried to understand how it works. I have created an account on payssion.com, created an “app” in order to get credentials… then, nothing. So, I have sent an email to their support, in order to go ahead and also to know their price (because of course it’s not for free). Got an answer 4 days later.
– Impossible to get any information about their costs. Instead of that, I got a Chinese guy from Payssion who asks me by email stupid questions about what I want to sell and where, then they will tell me how much they charge (wtf).
– Then, he explains they don’t do payouts to Russia (?) but they can open a bank account for me in another country.
Run away!!!!!
