• Resolved CGS Web Designs

    (@cgscomputers)

I create manual invoices to send to customers the payment link. My customer used the link as normal and tried to checkout via PayPal. The order was marked as failed with the following message:
Could not process order. No PayPal order found in the current WooCommerce session. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

Interestingly enough, the payment DID process through PayPal. I keep PHP error logging to a file all the time and no error messages were recorded. I also checked my web server logs against my user’s IP and there were no failed messages (all HTTP 200) – also checked firewall logs and nothing was blocked.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cgscomputers,

As mentioned in the other thread, there seems to be an issue when guest users are attempting to perform purchases from the “Pay for order” page. This can potentially affect both PayPal and credit card payments.
The checkout process should be working correctly when the user is logged into a WordPress account though.
I’m not sure if this particular issue will be resolved in time for the upcoming 1.8.0 update, but it should be one of the next issues to be addressed:

    Kind regards,

With the latest version 1.8.1, it should be working, so I will mark this thread resolved.
