since I installed the plugin it continues to display the following warning in the logs:

No PayPal order ID found in order #### meta.

This is also causing errors in webhooks, where data from other users is passed to orders from different users

“No PayPal order ID found in order meta” is often related to interference from other plugins, particularly security or caching plugins. Just yesterday, I discovered the same issue on another user’s site, and after some thorough testing, we found that a security plugin was causing the problem. Once we disabled it, everything returned to normal.

We recommend the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Disable any caching or security plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the problem.
2. Test the payment flow using a sandbox account to check if the issue persists.
Most likely, one of the plugins is interfering with the REST API webhooks, which is causing the data from other users to be passed to the wrong orders.

If the issue continues after disabling these plugins, please feel free to share the log file with us for further investigation.

Hi Krystian,

Thanks for your reply, as you advised I disabled my Litespeed Cache plugin to find out if it is the cause of the conflict.

I don’t have any other security plugins, as you can see from my shop status. I will check the log streams to see if the problem is solved, I will keep you updated.
