    Hello Rootilein,
I have a few questions which could help in finding the cause for this issue:

    1. Can you generate PDF invoices from the admin (by pressing the button)?
    2. Do you get any errors when you manually send an email that is supposed to have a PDF attached? (from the order actions in the top right of the order edit page)
    3. Have you checked the PDF Status panel?

It may also help if you look at the suggestions in the Read this first post.

Let me know what you find!

    2. i can’t click that button. it’s deactivated
    3. everything there is fine – just opcache is deactivated

The fact that the order actions are deactivated is very odd.
Are you logged in as admin? Just to be sure, I’m talking about this:

(after selecting the action you can either press the round button or save the order)

ahhh now i see the right one. I tried to click “Bestell E-Mails erneut senden”.

With that action it works. I was always waiting for that mail directly after the order. Now I noticed that it is sent, when the order is finished by admin.

is there a possibility to sent it immediately after the order by the customer in the shop?

    Hello Rootilein,
Yes, it’s possible to send the invoice with the first email. Actually, the settings shown in your first screenshot should do that already (check in front of “Admin Neue bestellung email”). Do you, by any chance have other (pdf) invoice plugins active on your site? They may be intervening.

Also, since you’re from Germany (I assume), I don’t recommend attaching the invoice at the first email. You are then creating invoices and invoice numbers even for orders that may be cancelled or fail later in the process – for which you will need to create a lot of credit notes (legally).

ok thats a good point… then I’ll leave it as it is ??

    Thanks for your help!
