No PDF on Refunded orders

    There is no longer a PDF receipt attachment for our Refund order emails (others work fine). This was working before. No issues in the Status page and Refunded orders are enabled in settings.

    PDF Refunded receipt attachment *is* working on Staging. Exact plugin version (2.2.14)

    Hi there! Version 2.2.14 is quite old (3 Jun 2019), can you update to the latest (2.4.3) to see if that resolves the issue? Are you using the same PHP version and distro on your staging and live site?
    Also, you mention a “PDF receipt” – this plugin does not have receipts out of the box (only invoices, and packing slips but the latter can only be attached with the Professional extension), are you using a third party plugin for this or have you renamed the invoice to receipt?

    I went all down the rabbit hole but discovered the issue is a non-issue: Refunded 0.00 (Free) orders shouldn’t get attachments, while paid orders do. Thanks for your help!
