No Permission As Administrator

I just reinstalled WordPress after clearing out the databases, but I have a huge problem. I only have one account (the administrator), but I don’t have the permissions to delete anything. Whenever I try to delete a post or page, it gives me this output:

“You don’t have permission to do that.”

Any ideas? I really would like to be able to delete my stuff.
