No Permission SubPages

We are running a site with Matomo Analytics Plugin for WordPress 4.13.0. Overview page ist showing data. But unfortunatelly there are problems when we try to open up

• report page
• tag-manager page
• matomo-admin page (from settings)

We run into an 403 / “forbidden”-page with “You don’t have permission to access this resource. I managed to find the system-report which states some problems – but I cannot match those errors with current info from phpinfo (see https://oerhb.at/info.php )

I’ve asked our hoster for help, which refused to help, but only provided an info that we are using an Shared Hosting Managed WordPress.
