  • Hello Everyone, good afternoon !!! I have a big problem, I hope someone can help me.

    We have a site that was in version 4.2.9 of WordPress, we have a theme that was done using the Odin and in this issue we have the theme options, where we changed a few things as banners, images, colors, etc.

    It turns out that when upgrading WordPress to version 4.6.1 this link: Theme Option disappeared.

    It was available in Appearance> Theme Options.

    By accessing the link via theme option, the message we have is: not allowed to access this page.

    Link + Slug to access: wp-admin/themes.php?page=odin-options

    I’ve tried various procedures along with the crowd of Odin and could not solve as link: https://github.com/wpbrasil/odin/issues/421

    Saw some topics related to permissions in the Forum here and nothing.

    My attempts:

    1) PHP Update – Failed
    2) Change the administrator permissions within the column: wp_capabilities – Failed
    3) Get another administrator – Failed
    4) Update the tables with the file: force-upgrade.php – Failed
    5) Uninstall all plugins – Failed
    6) Delete all plugins – Failed
    6) Delete the pt_BR.php and pt_BR.po files – Failed
    7) We ran two tests environments on two servers – Linode and Bluehost and FAILED rsrs

    I do not know what to do and the worst is that we need to update the WP and need this active role, since it is extremely important to the site’s content logistics.

    We can not reinstall WP because we have on average 3000 daily visits and about 13,000 registered users.

    Does anyone have a suggestion or can help solve this problem?
