No phone support, no ticket system

Why would anyone use a financial plugin without phone support?
I purchased AddOns, and still no phone support. Their website does not have a support ticket system that I can login and see the progress of my request.
Their “support” people are offshore independent contractors.
Their documentation is also lacking.
