• Why would anyone use a financial plugin without phone support?
    I purchased AddOns, and still no phone support. Their website does not have a support ticket system that I can login and see the progress of my request.
    Their “support” people are offshore independent contractors.
    Their documentation is also lacking.

    I’m Head of Support at Give. I hear your frustration, I can understand that phone support is important to you. I won’t defend our lack of phone support at all; but I will say that our Priority Support responds to all inquiries in 2-3 hours. My support team are all full-time employees, two of which are here in the U.S., one is overseas, and that’s important because we have customers from all over the world. They are not contractors, but important full-time highly trained members of our team who we are proud of.

    But most importantly, I want to make sure your support concerns get addressed fully and completely. If you haven’t already heard from us, you will very soon, and I’ll ensure that your issue is resolved as soon as possible.

    If you can provide your ticket number, I’ll look into it immediately myself.
