    Hi,

I have been to the background of your site and made sure I have the same settings and also wp-footer function is in my footer.php and index.php. However, I cannot get the play button or make my site look like your demo.

    Here is my link

I have to mention that this is a clean wordpress install with only your plugin.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Sara

    Hi,

About the appearance of the plugin, there is a confusion, you are using the “Music Player for WooCommerce” plugin, and not the “Music Store” plugin where you’ve created the ticket, they are two different plugins.

The plugin accesses the audio file through a script used as intermediary, and not directly the mp3 file, but the script is returning the error message:

“Is not possible create the truncated file’s version because the memory is not sufficient, or the permissions in the “uploads/wcmp” directory are not sufficient to create the truncated version of file.”

    Please, visit the following link:
    https://radiotooka.com/shop/?wcmp-action=play&wcmp-product=14&wcmp-file=bd5bc285877414f05ba0f74554e0a05f

As the URL to the audio file is not visible from the public website. Could you create a ticket in my private website with the access to your WordPress to check the settings in detail, please?
