No Player, video area is all black.

I have the current WP and JW Player Plugin for WordPress plugin, installed, I am confident I installed and setup correctly but on my posts, the video box is all black. no controls, no preview image, no video can play. I can right click the black box and see the Menu About JW Player, and Settings, Global Settings, and such… so its almost working..

I have clicked on
Automatically download the latest Non-commercial version of the JW Player to your web server.

Any ideas?
