No plugin menu and no authorization to access settings

Hi

I have last IT version of WordPress
I’m no more able to see the plugin menu and options to change or add a league, team etc… nothing at all

I’m not even able to access the plugin settings the system says I don’t have to be authorize to do access

The only place where I can still see league manager is the widget in the home page
