No plugin options after install

Can you please deactivate all your plugins except Speed booster and see if it works afterwards?

Thanks for the reply. I deactivated all plugins except Speed Boost but got the same result. I deleted and reinstalled a fresh download as well with the same result.

@ampprod – could you please let us know the PHP version you’re using on this site?

Apache Version 2.4.28
PHP Version 5.6.31
MySQL Version 5.6.37

Could you also please let me know the theme you’re using and any/other 3rd party plugins? To make this easier, get some screenshots instead of writing down every single plugin.

These are the same plugins I am running on another site that worked really well with Speed Boost, so I am leaning toward the Theme.

@ampprod – could you try testing the same plugin setup but with a different theme? Say, TwentySeventeen, please?

Actually, I have no reason to believe the plugin is not working even though i cannot see the options. Is there a way to test?

Are you considering switching to TwentySeventeen, setting up the plugin and then switching back to your current theme?

Yes, I can run a few speed tests and make sure everything is good. It is not a large site. Do you think that would work?

@ampprod – yeah, that should work. The only problem I see is that you won’t be able to access the plugin’s back-end and that shouldn’t happen. I think you could have a bit of luck by pinging the theme developers and telling them about this issue.

Our plugin can’t be the only one that’s being broken by that theme.

Looks like the dev has abandoned that theme for the most part. Time to move on…. Thanks for your help. It appears to be a great plugin. Take donations?
