No plugins and no entries after Update from 2.1.3 to 2.2

    I got the following problem: Yesterday I upgraded from 2.1.3 to 2.2. But after my login and activating some plugins my WordPress failed, showed me a message that the plugin created a fatal error and showed an empty plugin-page.

    Also, my dashboard does not work anymore and I got no connections to my entries; they disappeared.

    What can I do? It is the first time that an Update of my WordPress makes such a mess. I already deleted everything and uploaded the backup which I made before upgrading, but WordPress keeps saying “database is not current. I can not login to this 2.1.3-version anymore. It says “update” and I do and everything collapses as described above.

    I am using the following plugins:
    -akismet
    -feedstats
    -filosofo-old-style-upload
    -wp-ban
    -wp-email
    -wp-print
    -clean-umlauts
