no plugins tab anymore

    Yesterday I installed the Photopress plugin and it works fine. Today I tried to install the filo-sofo-oldstyle-upload plugin, but when I went to my control panel to activate it I discovered that I no longer have a plugins tab. Can anyone help me sort out this dilemma?

    I discovered that in my administrator profile, for some reason my capability to activate plugins was denied, so I clicked on it and regained the capability. Problem solved
