• Hello,

    Recently I added some new content to my site and I noted that Polly ceased to work for this new content. The strange thing is that the Polly file with the new content is present in S3, however, the player does not play the new file. The translation facility works fine. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

    Would you be able to check in your WordPress logs if there are some information about the problem?

    (It used to work yes?)

    Thanks for your e mail,

    It used to work and it still is working
    as the new Polly files are stored in S3, but they are not played with the embedded player. I did not encounter any error logs in my hosted environment. The best thing I can do is a clean install of your plug in I think.

    It’s really strange :/ To be honest I don’t have a clue what could be the reason. Try to deinstall the plugin and activating it again. Lets see if it help.
