No Pop Up

  • Nice idea but I could never getting it working using the WP plugin. Not interested in beta testing this. gl

    So sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues in displaying the surveys on your website.

    May I assist you in getting this to work on your site ASAP?

    Please confirm if you have an account on Nimble Squirrel’s website, and once the plugin was installed, if you went to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Nimble Squirrel’ and enabled the popup, along with selecting the survey of your preference?

    I had the same issue…everything enabled. Tried with/without the WP plugin and never got it to show. I suspect it’s a JS conflict but I don’t have time to test what may or may not be the issue. Not using anything too sext on the back end. Nor anything I’d be willing to part with to enable the survey. Good luck
