No pop ups loaded

    Hi,

    I’ve installed the plugin and checked various tutorials and did everything step by step. However, the pop up never shows ??

    So I checked this article: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/265-my-popup-wont-work-how-can-i-fix-it

    The first step is already hard for me. When I am at the front end of my website and click on pop up maker > pop up > it says ‘no pop up loaded’.

    I am afraid that I cannot Inspect the Popup Publication Status and Targeting Conditions as the pop will not load in the first place.

    I really tried everything before contacting you guys. Am I doing something wrong here?

    @jeroen-marketing – Glad you tried working through it, that said when it says check your targeting conditions, it means in the popups settings in the admin, there you will find a ‘Targeting’ tab. If you have incorrect settings there it prevents the popup from loading on the pages you need it on.
