    Hello @faizan1993:

    There are 2 popups activated on your url https://kitchenexpress.pk;

    Popup (slug-name): area
    Popup ID: popmake-2870;
    Cookie set, but not linked to auto open trigger. Therefore, cookie will not be set on popup close.

    AND

    Popup (slug-name): delivery-areas
    Popup ID: popmake-2861;
    Cookie set and linked to auto open trigger. Term of cookie is 1 month. Once popup is closed, the cookie will prevent the popup from displaying again on auto open until the cookie expires after 1 month.

    Both are set to Auto Open on the same page.

    I think you’re having trouble because you’ve set two popups to display on the same page via the same trigger. Deactivate or delete one of the popups.

    There is something unusual that I noticed in your popup settings. In your popup Admin, at ‘Close Settings’ >> ‘Close Button Delay’ you set the value at “20000000000000000” for the popup with slug-name: area, and “3000” for popup with slug-name: delivery-areas. There’s really no need to delay the activation of the close button at all. Reset the value for ‘Close Button Delay’ to 0 ms (milliseconds). Setting it higher than ‘0’ will needlessly frustrate your site users.

    By default, cookies are set to a term of 1 month, after which time they expire. You have complete control over the term of the cookie. You can change it’s duration from minutes to years, or not use it all. If you choose either to not set a cookie, or not link it to your trigger (as in the case of cookie with slug-name ‘area’), then the popup will continue to display each time the page is refreshed or returned to.
