no popup on the website

  • After creation of the account on firebase google, and having the yith live chat ok on the backend, no popup on the website (template twentytwenty with wpfooter) and woocommerce)

    hi, it is not on the root but in the directory

    I disabled it because it was impossible to do a purchase with woocommerce : the form to put the facturation did not open
    I Will enable for you please let me know when you have seen the problem
