No Popup when Page Loads

I followed the instructions here: https://www.wonderplugin.com/wordpress-video-lightbox/open-youtube-video-popup-on-page-load-and-autoplay-then-close-the-popup-automatically-when-the-video-has-finished/

The goal is to have a youtube video popup when the page loads. After following the instructions, when the page loads, I get a static message (not clickable) that says “YouTube Lightbox Popup.” We are currently on WordPress version 6.0.1
