  • @solomuner What effect did you choose in Other options > Lightbox effects?

    @tizz Light box, also tried the FancyBox – nothing works. Thought that I have a conflict with my present plugins, but deactivated them and left only the Nextgen active. Still no results.

    @solomuner Have you cleared cache/caches switching from one effect to the other?
    If this does not work you can try also deactivating the current theme and activating a Twenty series default theme.
    Also, a link to the page with the issue can help to see the source of the problem.

    I’ve tried that. Sorry – this is the direct link to the page with a gallery: https://www.akvariumusodai.lt/akvariumai/

    @solomuner I see in your source that the “highslide effect” path is correct.
    However I don’t see the whole NextGEN output (e.g. options).
    Sorry for asking again, but are you really sure that you have done the tests correctly? All plugins (except NextGEN) deactivated together with a WordPress default theme and the browser’s cache (or any kind of cache that you may have) emptied?
    If it’s so, then you may need to reset all the options using the reset button in “Other Options”.

    Reseted, deactivated and still the same problem. I might be missing some options or something like that. The page is on Weblizar theme. Anyone with a solution?

    @tizz – Thanks!

    @solomuner – I suspect you are having an issue with your theme, what happens when you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

    As it is, I am not seeing the JavaScript and CSS NextGEN Gallery uses … actually I’m not seeing any references in the page source that would be written if the theme footer template is written to include the wp_footer() call correctly.
