    Since the update to WordPress 3.3, the Post Snippets plugin has not worked for me. I see the Post Snippet button, both in visual mode and in HTML mode, but when clicking, no popup wondow appears.

    I see other having similar problems, but not fully identical in description (buttun missing).

    In case somebody knows how to fix the problem, I would be very grateful, as Post Snippets to me has become an integral part of the writing routine.

    Have you tried to completely empty your cache?

    Normally I use Internet Explorer, but seeing your question, I tried logging in to my WordPress installation on Google Chrome and on Firefox (never done before), and the Post Snippet plugin worked perfectly well in both of these browsers.

    Then I emptied the cache of Internet Explorer, but still the Post Snippet plugin did not work.

    But, today I had as well problems with the display of the buttons for switching between having a post published in private / public, so the problem may very well be browser display related.

    But to be perfectly sure, did you have som WordPress cache in mind? In case so I need a hint for how to empty it.

    I had the ordinary browser cache in mind. The earlier reported cases which I’ve been in contact with via mail, on the same issue, have been solved by clearing the cache to make sure no stuff from the old versions are laying around in the browser. So it was a guess based on that.

    Nice to hear that the buttons display correctly in the other browsers though, which at least would indicate that there is no conflict with other plugins etc in your install.
    To check if it was an obvious IE issue I ran the plugin in IE9 here and it worked fine, so that shouldn’t be a problem either. I don’t have older IE versions though to test with right away, so if you are on another IE version? older/newer? that might be something I can check into.
