No Portfolio Displayed

I cannot attach the screenshot here but simply I am using the Theme Orvis right now, and I’d simply like the Portfolio to display in my homepage. Thing is, there is not a Portfolio button on my Admin (left bar) I only see in order:
– Post
– Media
– Page
-Comments
-Feedback
-WP FORM
and so on…

I’ve set a page that I called Homepage as Portfolio Page Template (in attribute) and Parent page (no parent)

But How can it show a Project menu or Portfolio where I could add all my pictures and so on, should I add a plugin?

Totally newb around here, but usually quite good at solving problems.
