• Hi!

I have a big issue right now where I have no possibility to even find our admin page. when I search on either our website or admin page this comes up: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /storage/content/33/112233/nvbs.se/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tweet-old-post/includes/admin/helpers/class-rop-cron-helper.php on line 162”. How do I solve this and will I be able to find our website. And we have no access to the code that we got from WordPress when created our website. Or it is on our admin page which I can’t access. Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Might this helps!.

Moved to Fixing WordPress, this is not a Developing with WordPress topic.

I’d just rename the directory that the ‘tweet old posts’ plugin sits in. Renaming just that directory should kill that plugin and let you in to fix things… if I’m right!
