    Hi ,

Why are you asking mandarorily that we give you an admin access to our website for any support question there on your support forum ? (https://support.mailpoet.com/wordpress-forums/)

I can give you all the detail you need , print screens , configuration files and all , but sorry I will not create a security breach by creating and giving an admin account on my web site.

What do you need to figure out why Mailpoet isn’t working anymore ? (except a admin account ?? )

    Thanks for understanding and helping

    Hi,
i have exactly the same problem !
I tried to deactivate all my plugin, to change the theme, to reinstall mailpoet… nothing works…
Impossible to edit text in my newsletter. I can only drag and drop items.
    Thanks for the help !
    Regards.

We are not obliged to provide support for free users, but we do it either way. So, when it’s a problem like this one that might be complicated, we don’t want to waste time in a huge back and forth with you in this constrained environment. That’s why we ask admin access, to go inside and look for the problem. This way we can reply back with the cause of the issue or even fix it right away. If you don’t want to give us access in that private and safe environment, fine, that’s your right, but don’t ask us to do the same. We have hundreds of other users (some of them, paying ones) that we need to focus on.

    sorry to be carrefull.
As your product was perfect for my web sites I was planning to subcribe to a premium plan before this problem occurs and I was waiting to solve this issue first… I’m not so sure now.

Why is this marked as resolved, while it clearly is not?
It does not help in deciding on updating from Mailpoet v2.6.19 to v2.7 or to wait a while until it is clear v2.7 works well…

@ikookmaar Hi ! Do you have the same problem with v2.6.19 or not ? If not maybe the solution for me is to downgrade….

@ikookmaar open your own topic/ticket please.

@zesea we’re going to work in your issue right now.

Please Zesea, if you find the solution to your problem please inform us.

    Thanks in advance

Ok guys, i found a solution, even if it is “the” solution…

I got this error message with my tiny_mce.js file:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘”,i,”‘ (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING) in /homepages/21/d……../htdocs/Zeblog/wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/js/tinymce/tiny_mce.js on line 1

    I found on a forum this :
Edit the tiny_mce.js file (or tiny_mce_src.js) and replace “<?” by “<“+”?”

    So, you’ll have :
    {if(i){c.push(“<“,”?”,h,” “,i,”?>”)}else{c.push(“<“,”?”,h,”?>”)}

Apparently, it works fine now… i juste have to check if it do not create another problem…
