My posts have usually have multiple categories. There is one category I want to always crosspost, even if it has “do no crosspost” categories associated with it.

If a post has one category in “do crosspost” and one category in “do not crosspost” will it crosspost?

    Thanks

No. The purpose of a category exclusion is to prevent posts that are in the excluded category from being crossposted. Posts that are in multiple categories are still in all the categories to which they are assigned, so if one of those categories is the excluded one, the post will not be crossposted.

Okay. I thought so – it makes sense.

    Thanks for a quick response!
I think your plugin is great. I did this a while ago:
    -reviewed it
    -favorited it
-marked it as working in 4.1

I am not a developer – so do not take this idea too seriously…

In the future, as an optional settings feature: would it be possible to have a pre-defined/named by you(dev) designated Tag to indicate “always crosspost”?

I add “crosspost” tag to them all.

    Thank you

That may not be convenient for other users though. Technicalities aside.
