No post codes in Ireland for shipping

Hello,
I’m setting up a small shop in Ireland, but because we don’t have post codes here (yet) it causes some difficulties when assigning shipping rates. Here is the link to my site at the moment: https://91.216.241.2/~fairyhil/

For the classes it is no problem, since no shipping is involved, but for the craft shop, when you add an item to cart and go to check out, it asks to select a country below to calculate shipping costs. If I select another country which does have post codes, it brings up the delivery address form just fine, but in Ireland (where most of the purchases will be made) it seems to stall since there are no post codes, and you can’t proceed with the order.

Any advice would be appreciated as I’m fairly new to this e-commerce plugin.
