No Post Preview for specific user

  • To anyone who wants to solve a very strange anomoly….

    I have a multisite with one main site and only sub directory site under it.

    Certain users within the past 2 upgrades (4.2.1 and 4.2.2) all of a suddeent cannot use the Preview Post button. They click it but nothing happens. I can however login as super admin and use the Preview Post. One of the users was an administrator on both sites. I made him a super admin and still he could not use the preview post button.

    I then logged out of my computer and had him login in (on my computer) He could still not use preview button. So that is why I think this is account related but I do not have any idea where to start looking.

    We have tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mac & PC…all with the same results.

    Any ideas where to start looking for issues would be a great help.
