    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. The error you are seeing can be commonly caused by issues with the connection to your Instagram account, so you can try these steps to refresh the connection:

    Go to Instagram Feed > Settings > Instagram Accounts > remove the connected account(s) > click the Save Changes button. After this, click the blue Connect an Instagram Account button and go through the connection process again, select your account as Primary Feed under Instagram Accounts and Save Changes again.

    If this does not resolve the issue, we would need a little more specific information to help you get it resolved, so please open a support ticket here and be sure to include the “System Info” from the Support tab of the plugin settings.
