I’m “re-opening” a new thread on this, because the moderator/developer clearly closed the other one with same issue, without actually resolving anything. Has no one tried this on a recent version of WordPress?
The plugin is fantastic, and incredibly useful. So I’m not sure why this hasn’t been fixed yet.Here’s the resolution:

change the word “advanced” to “modern”.

change the word “wp_theme” to “lightgray”
Problem solved.The reason: WordPress 4.2.2 doesn’t use the old TinyMCE implementation, which had the advanced theme and wp_theme skin.
