No preview pictures being displayed after update

    Hello,

    When I updated from 2.9.0 to 2.9.5. the preview pictures stopped showing up. I only see grey default placeholder being displayed. And on the page itself the video isn’t being displayed at all.

    Do you know how I can fix this? I temporarily downgraded for now, so at the moment it works again.

  • I have the same problem somehow. The preview pictures in the sidebar show the grey placeholder, but on the page itself the video is shown correctly.

    I only say the problem today, wasn’t thinking of a upgrade-bug, so I will downgrade it also for now, hoping for a fix.

    We’re able to reproduce this defect. It happens when “Video Image Resolution” field is set. If you do not select it, it shows the correct image. We will fix it in the new release.

    This issue has been fixed at 2.9.6.
