No priviledges

    I am the administrator of my blog, privately hosted but using WordPress, yet I do not have sufficient privileges to access the spam folder, AND all comments I make on my own blog are being scraped into the spam folder. I am not amused. Can anyone help? Akismet is activated properly and all other functions work.

  • When you are viewing the Akismet configuration page are you using an administrator account?

    On the issue of being marked as spam, have you checked the comment history to make sure Akismet was what marked it as spam? If it is, are you logged in when you leave a comment?

    Joseph, I discovered that a widget was screwing up the works. I disabled it and all is well. Thank you!
