    I have purchased the PRO plugin, but I warn everyone to be careful.
    I tried to write to support yesterday, but the “Create a New Ticket” function does not work, you cannot send them a message.
    I wrote to the official email address, but mailer damon came back. i wrote on chat, but no reply, not even an automated message.

    But let’s look at the rest.

    1. the program suggests help content for the settings, it either exists or not, i.e. there is no specific description on how to use some features.
    2. Even if I enter the purchase code after installing the plugin, many functions remain inaccessible afterwards and ask for the code I have already entered (these are functions that are part of the PRO package). The plugin is practically unusable after installation.
