No Pro support, no Pro features work

I have purchased the PRO plugin, but I warn everyone to be careful.
I tried to write to support yesterday, but the “Create a New Ticket” function does not work, you cannot send them a message.
I wrote to the official email address, but mailer damon came back. i wrote on chat, but no reply, not even an automated message.But let’s look at the rest.
- the program suggests help content for the settings, it either exists or not, i.e. there is no specific description on how to use some features.
- Even if I enter the purchase code after installing the plugin, many functions remain inaccessible afterwards and ask for the code I have already entered (these are functions that are part of the PRO package). The plugin is practically unusable after installation.
