    I am trying to add to my valued collection of DuoGeek stuff.
    However, when I ordered Flatious and paid two times (money deducted)
    I wasn’t able to access your wonderful premium theme.

    I wrote you several times on your website (surprisingly no reply).
    So, now I’m trying this site.

    It’s ain’s the $10.
    I really want the FAQ design (already have Graphite).

    Unfortunately, we didn’t get any message. Did you email or you left any comment? If any comment, in which page?

    As per wordpress rule, we can’t discuss the premium features in here, so we appreciate if you please email to [email protected] like you did before ??

    We are going to refund you for the extra payment and sending you the theme via email. But in reply, please let us know which email we should refund at.

    And again, about the premium feature, we can’t discuss here as per wordpress rule, I hope you won’t take it otherwise ??
