No product appear after click on filter attribute

  • Hi,

    I’m new to website development, and I’m currently setting up a filter for my site. I’ve downloaded the YITH plugin and created some preset filters. They appear perfectly on the shop page, but when I click on any attribute to filter, it shows no products.

    Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

    I checked your site and seems you’re not using the version you can download on wp.org.
