    Hello,

    My customer tells me that we cannot put product in cart. We can click on “Add to cart”, the page reloads, but there is nothing in the cart.

    I tried to debug and found a PHP warning.

    I’ve deactivated the plugin that was causing the problem. I was able to place an order, but only one. And now it’s not working again. And I have nothing in debug.log

    Do you have a fix ?

    I found the problem. It comes from the last update of my cache plugin. I asked their support

    I understand that you experienced issues with your shopping cart functionality and found that the issue is with your caching plugin.

    It’s always a good idea to deactivate all plugins and switch to a default theme to isolate the problem. You did well in finding the cause.
