No Product or order menu

    I got one vendor who is approved and ‘enable sales’ is checked.. but she says once she logs in and go to backend, she CANNOT see any vendor related menus on left column.

    She only saw “Dashboard,”Profile” and “Collapse Menu.”

    When clicking on the Product link from the tutorial, it reads “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Please let me know if there’s anything I can try to resolve this quick!

    How are you ?
    You update the plugin by FTP ? If yes, try to deactive and reactive plugins, please let me know if works.

    Hi, I’m doing well! Thanks.

    I did to FTP upload and I just did deactive & reactive… hopefully it will work now.. I’ll keep you updated. I asked seller to test it again. Btw, after doing deactive/ vendor profile menu came back… ??
