    hello,
I have a store based on storefront theme and a descendant theme (which I created on my own).
Unfortunately, in the order details view, in the admin panel, my product thumbnails are not displayed. Instead of the path to the graphic in the code is <img src="base64..." />.
I have disabled all plugins, including the caching plugin and the graphics optimization plugin. I left only the woocommerce plugin running. It didn’t help.

  • Hi there @siutek ??

Can you please perform a conflict test on your site and let us know of your findings?

Here are some steps you can follow:

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty theme. Not a child theme.
    2. Try to reproduce the problem

If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.

    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
    4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

    Tools to help with troubleshooting

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

Meks Quick Plugin Disabler will remember what plugins you had active when you switch it back on.

Please let us know how that goes.

    hi @anastas10s

    I made points 1 through 4:
    – I cleared the cache
    – I disabled all plugins except woocommerce,
    – I set the Storefornt theme.

    No change.

    Hi @siutek

I understand that even after performing the full conflict test, the error still persists.

I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
