    Testing out a membership only site, courses are free for members. So I created a test member and when I go to the courses page it just shows

    “no products were found matching your selection”

    I do not have any shortcode in the page, it is a standard LLMS page.

    All courses are set to “free” and “members only” but none show up on the courses page. The test member belongs to a membership that has access through the access plan for each course.

    @jkstech,

    Thanks! Everything appears as expected and I don’t see what I thought may be some issues causing this…

    Are you sure you actually have created some courses (and published them).

    I’d love to take a look at some of the actual urls if you wouldn’t mind posting the URL to your site I can maybe figure out what’s actually happening here.

    Thanks,

    Thread Starter jkstech

    (@jkstech)

    The courses are published, the site is not live yet so posting the url will just lead to a coming soon page (not ready to make the url public yet)

    All courses show up for me when logged in as .y admin account.

    @jkstech,

    All courses show up for me when logged in as .y admin account.

    Is it possible that you’ve marked these as privately published?

    If they’re showing up for an admin but no one else that could explain that… everything looks correct on your system report and I really can’t figure out why else they wouldn’t be displaying for other users / visitors…

    Have you tried disabling all your other plugins to see if there’s an unintentional plugin conflict going on here?

    Thread Starter jkstech

    (@jkstech)

    Yeah I had tried all of that. However, I ended up upgrading the php version on my server and the courses appear to be showing now, so maybe that way it. (I needed to upgrade it to support another plugin)

    Either way, the courses appear to be showing for all users now, so thanks for the help!

    Strange… we support 5.6 & above but I wonder if that other plugin that wasn’t supporting PHP 5.6 was causing an error that was making it seem like LifterLMS wasn’t working… I’m not sure but glad you got it working!

    (@jkstech)

    Yeah, not sure but it’s currently working so thanks!
