    When clicking to add items, the pop up is blank. No products show and it’s not fixed by clearing cache or disabling plugins. The pop up remains blank.

    Adding another question. Is it possible to remove the detail lines below the selection boxes? I would only like to display the selection boxes without the descriptive info below, it looks cluttered. Thanks!

    – Ensure that the listed products are purchasable and available for sale.

    – Confirm that the products are in stock and not out of stock.

    – Make sure the products are published and not set to private.

    – Try listing a simple, basic product to test if the issue is related to the specific type of products you are trying to list.

    – Experiment with a different set of products to see if the problem persists.

    The issue is related to the listed products for each item.

    We hope these troubleshooting steps help you identify and resolve the issue with your listed products.

    Thank you for the reply. Yes all my products are in stock, purchasable, not private, etc. I tried adding new products with different categories, etc. I’ve had family make actual purchases on the site so the products are definitely working. I created a new bundle product, didn’t work. and I tried deactivating and deleting the plugin, then reinstalled it, still nothing.

    I also noticed while editing the product page that the dropdown returns no items, so there’s a disconnect somewhere, like the plugin is not able to see my products.

    Please follow the below steps.

    – Deactivate all of the plugins on your site (including cache plugins) and only keep WooCommerce + Product bunlde plugin.

    – Try it again.

    In case the above tip can not help you, try the same bundle product on our demo website. If it works properly on the demo website then it should be debugged on your website.

    In case it doesn’t work on the demo website too, please provide us a screenshot of the bundle configuration to let us create the same bundle and test it.

    This issue is not resolved.

    Following your steps did not work and the demo did not work. See attached images from the demo.

    Yes, there was a mistake on your end.

    Please enter a product name in the search fields. This will display a list of matching products for you to select from. Similarly, for categories, enter the category name.
