No Products Tab for Vendors

    I have woocommerce and WC Marketplace and the WC Frontend Manager Ultimate with Memberships. I signed up as a vendor to test the site and there is no Products tab in my Frontend Dashboard. Also, when you go to the shipping tab, there is nothing there at all. I checked all the capabilities and they are all on for uploading products. I also use Ultimate Member for my memberships. Any way you can help?

    Thanks for get in touch with us.

    I am really sorry for such strange trouble, such things happen sometime due to other membership plugins.

    Don’t worry, just go to WCFM Capability and press “Save” once.
    It will refresh Vendor’s capability and I am be sure your issue will be resolved.

    I did figure out the issue with the products, but when I went to the shipping tab in store settings, it is blank. I haven’t figured out yet why that is? Do I need another plugin for shipping?

    Hi,

    No, you don’t need any additional plugins by default.

    Please be sure one thing, you have enabled “Give shipping to vendor” under WCMp settings. You will see this, wp-admin -> WCMp -> Settings -> Payment

    Just to mention, in case you want to go for complex shipping like Table Rate then only additional plugins required.

    Hi,

    One more important thing is there, WC Marketplace vendor shipping works for Flat Rate.

    So be sure, you have added a shipping zone and Flat Rate as Shipping Method for that.

    I decided to change from WC marketplace to WC vendors. I think it just works better with your frontend manager. I am still working out the shipping issue. I will let you know if I get it all figured out. ?? thanks!

    Yeah sure, take your time.

    But I have an opinion for you, WC Marketplace is much better than WC Vendors, don’t switch.

    Shipping issue is not at all an issue, it’s just matter of admin setting.
