    Oscar,

I cannot update to the newest version of Woocommerce without getting the error: “No products were found matching your selection.” when visiting the site. All the products are there in the backend. But will not display from a US IP. I found that the site still works outside of Canada or the US. But will not display any of the products within the two countries I have prices setup for.

Can you help me? Please send me your email for more. I have to send you the login to my staging site for you to see what I am talking about.

    Thank You,
    Teddy Pieper

    Hi Teddy,
You have active license, please open a ticket at: https://www.pricebasedcountry.com/support/

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Oscar,

There definitely is a problem with new version of woocommerce and your plugin. I’m also getting “No products were found matching your selection.” message on my category page (all products are there, I can access them through search). When I turn off plugin everything works, when I rollback woocommerce version and turn on plugin, everything works.

    Regards,
    Milutin

    Hi,
We have released version 1.8.4. Version 1.8.4 includes a fix that could be related to this issue. Could you update and do test?

    Thank you.

Hi there I am getting the same problem at https://shopdcaribbean.com/clothing-and-accesories/

I updated to the latest version but same thing

Hi @dajlouis, I can see in your site WC 3.6.2 and PBoC 1.8.4.
It seems the issue is solved.
The issue could be related to the fact that all products of the category are out of stock and also they are variable products.

    Hi,

I’m on WC 3.6.2 and PBoC 1.8.4. and still not working. Products are not out of stock, and in category I’m looking at, there are no variable products.

    Hi,
thanks for the feedback to @mduh, @dajlouis and @vconceptsllc
We found the issue, and we’ll release a new version with the fix asap.

You are welcome, looking forward to it. ??

Thanks much . Great Support . It works fine for me

    Hi Oscar
    Good morning from London ??
How do I fix this issue, please?

I want to group some West African countries, East African countries and Southeast Asian ones to then FIX dollar prices for the 15 products on my website as their Geo-location prices. https://norwoodemployability.com/shop-now/ without having to manually fix the price one-by-one for each of the nearly 50 countries. Can the “Price Based on Country for WooCommerce” Plugin (Pro version) help me to do this?
INFO: I’m already using the basic version on my site to Fix the Pounds price for UK & Naira for Nigeria, however, it would be too tedious to repeat this for the other countries and doing this on each of the 15 products on my site (approx 50 countries X 15 services =.

    Hi,
version 1.8.5 includes the fix for the bug. Update PBoC basic to 1.8.5 will solve the issue.

About manual price, you can do a bulk update with the WooCommerce Product CSV import and PBoC Pro:
    https://www.pricebasedcountry.com/2018/06/19/round-to-nearest-exchange-rate-extra-fee-and-csv-import-export/

    Regards,
    Oscar.

    Thanks, Oscar for this
One quick question to be absolutely clear to me:
Did you mean that I’ll still need to manually input the 750 price situations needed to realise my goal (15 products X 50 countries) on Ms Excel and then convert to csv file; Next IMPORT on Woocommerce on Your WP?

What is the unique advantage of the PBoC Pro for it to help lessen the ‘burden’ of nearly 750 imputations of prices?

    Thanks a million! ??????

    Working now, after update. Thanks!
