No products were found matching your selection.

  • I know this has been written about many times but none appeared to solve my issue.

    In my category page I can view 20 out of the 79 products in that category. But when I click the pagination to view the next page I get the message ‘No products were found matching your selection.’.

    My site is still being built and I must resolve this fundimental situation of being able to rotate through products in a category. I have a lot more product to add to this site but can’t progess unable to fix this.

    You can see the issue simple but clicking the collected menu and then choosing one of the categories with more than 20 in .

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Please go to the path below and disable Try to ajaxify the shop option and save the settings:

    Woocommerce > Settings > Product filter > Options > Try to ajaxify the shop

    Then send a ticket to the developer of Woof to fix the problem.

    Thanks that fixed the category issue. Now I have no filter option.

    Looks like a whole load of plugin conflicts.

    You must use the widgets in the sidebar to display the filters.

    I think you need to be in touch with Woof’s developer.

    Added a post on Woof so I hope they can address the situation.

    Yeah I have widget positions set with the filter in the sidebar but for some reason my site and template are not working so well with this. Might be that I have old posts and product data from the order site I am trying to update that had eshop.

    Bit of a nightmare with so many archive and taxomies as options to assign to template variations. Gantry 5 is great for structured layout but need to make sure everything I use does not upset the assignments.

    Yes, Gantry 5 is a good theme; But apparently it doesn’t support WooCommerce. To fix the problem, you can add a sidebar to the theme yourself.

    Ok Woof came back and said to change the products per page in the advanced tab. Done that and enables the Ajax filter and works ok.

    On the sidebar issue was a bit more taxing as changes I made to the Gnatry template were being over ridden by the Woocommerce shop. I tried to add the side bar using the standard Gantry Side bbar menthod but this was ignored on the shop page.

    Tried to create a new Woocommerce archive and this also failed as broke the rest of the template.

    Foound in the end a free plugin called woosidebars This I was able to add a new widget into the Woocommerce shop page. Works ok for now.
