    Hi @kaangirgin

It looks like there might be a conflict between the Dokan and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps below.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan, Dokan Vendor Dashboard, and WooCommerce.

If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

You can follow this third-party article to trace the conflict.

If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there’s a conflicting theme or plugin on your site.

I hope the information will help.

    Thanks!

    Hi @kaangirgin

It appears that you’ve shared your website access details in your query. Please note that this is a public forum, and sharing such sensitive information can pose significant security risks to your website. Additionally, as per the forum guidelines, we are not permitted to investigate websites directly through this platform. You can review the forum guidelines here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#guidelines. We strongly recommend editing your query to remove any access credentials.

Based on the single store page URL you’ve shared, it seems the issue might be related to the Store URL parameter configured in the Dokan settings. We’ve encountered similar reports before, and updating the Store URL parameter has often resolved the issue.

    To address this:

    1. Go to WP Dashboard → Dokan → Settings → General Settings.
    2. In the Store URL parameter field, use a complete word instead of a single letter (e.g., “store” instead of “s“).

This adjustment may resolve the problem.

    Thanks!

    Hi

    Thanks problem solved.
Why can’t I customize the store URL parameter?

    Hi @kaangirgin

Glad to know that the issue you are experiencing is resolved now.

You can customize the store URL parameter, but the parameter needs to be set to at least a complete word instead of a single letter. Adding a single letter can create a conflict with other URLs on the website.

    Thanks!
