I have “No profile details found.” showing on my edit profile page. I have also tried added a page named edit-profile with the shortcode “[user_registration_edit_profile]”

I have registered test users and non-admin users as your docs suggest but still get the “No profile details found.” message?

    Hi Paul,

First, we recommend you check this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-show-account-profile and set up your account page.

Suppose you check this page with the registered user using the user registration form. You will get the edit profile with the submitted data. It seems you are using your admin account, which is registered using default registration, or another user already registered using different methods, so your account >> edit profile details showing no data message.

    Regards!

I’ve done it in the way it is suggested in the guide, I’ve also done it the way I tried above. I’ve not used an admin account. I don’t even have edit profile in the nav list: https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbuvvn8Q

In fact I’m using this one three sites and none of them have the edit profile link in the navigation and all say no profile details.

This issue appears on all sites, 2 of the 3 have the PRO version.

    Hi @paul-m-uk,

Your screenshot clearly shows that the account is not registered through the user registration form or not linked with any user registration form.

For confirmation, please provide us with your user registration form page link with the auto-approval user login option. We will register the user and check the account issue you mentioned.

Also, if you are using the plugin’s premium version, would you kindly check out https://wpeverest.com? You will find the live chat option to contact our support representative.

According to the WordPress Support community guidelines, we can not provide premium support here because this support forum is for free plugin users.

For some reason the wrong form ID was logging to the database:

‘ur_form_id’, ’56’ was being logged when the form is actually 45. I created a new form and used that and it seemed to work.
